I’m Sems, and I like badgers. I also like crochet and video games. I stream sometimes, and I knit other times, but I keep coming back to games and hooks.
I started crocheting 25 years ago, and I started gaming 15 years ago, and only within the last year have I started to take them seriously. This site (and the linked youtube channels) will just be a way for me to track progression, goals, and resources; and also a place for me to just show off.
The categories on the site are pretty self explanatory, but I wanted to take a moment to explain Journey. Journey is a category of progression and advancement. If I were to just receive affiliate on Twitch, that would be included on Journey. If I received my first set of Tunisians, that’s Journey. If Bungie ever recognizes my smollen, that’s Journey (please Bungie I beg).
Journey will mark one of those parts that contains the story before the recipe you googled, just some added flair or storyline before you reach the finished object. It’s only really important to me because I want to keep a record of my progress, but I invite you to follow along if you wish. It might just be me figuring out a pattern from an Instagram photo. Or it could be an actual journey to a yarn store. Who knows.
